This used to be the official German web page of VM Labs. VM Labs was the inventor of the NUON multimedia processor. NUON was used in many major brand DVD players and set-top boxes. After VM Labs' Chapter 11 filing in early 2002, Genesis Microchip bought the intellectual property of VM Labs and is now the legal owner of the NUON technology. In July 2002 Genesis decided to cancel all NUON activities started by VM Labs and laid off all former VM Labs employees. I like to use this site to keep the memory of the NUON technology alive and devote it to the great engineering team that created NUON. Andreas Binner
